Volunteer Hub - Gardening Volunteers

Our gardening group meet every Wednesday at Anglian Water Birdwatching Centre at Egleton in Rutland from 10am until midday.

They are a team of around half a dozen like-minded gardeners who enjoy meeting up and tending to the gardens at both the birdwatching centre and occasionally work from our Volunteer Training Centre too helping hedge weaving and managing the wildlife garden near to the staff car park.

The group have more recently been involved in helping with a re-seeding exercise as part of a rewilding project which you can read all about in our volunteer news.
