This beginner-friendly experience is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and absorb the restorative benefits of being outdoors. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of local wildlife, you’ll visit a variety of peaceful hides, providing the perfect spots for quiet reflection and gentle observation.
Along the way, you’ll also hear about the Osprey Project, a local conservation success, adding depth and connection to your time in this beautiful space. Whether you’re looking to escape the pace of daily life or simply breathe in some fresh air, this wellbeing walk offers a wonderful opportunity to recharge, immerse yourself in nature, and enjoy a mindful experience with like-minded people.
Other highlights on the reserve include Otters, Kingfishers, Red Kites, Little Grebes, and much more.
Please bring suitable clothing and footwear, especially if the weather has been wet. We would definitely recommend bringing binoculars if you have them, but some will be available to hire for £5
