Responsible to Finance & Support Services Manager
Contract Full Time, Permanent (35 Hours)
Location - The Old Mill, Soar Lane, Leicester and other sites.
Salary - Circa £27,000

You will be Reporting to the Finance & Support Services Manager and will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust
We are looking for an excellent, self-motivated HR Officer to assist in taking our small team to the next level.
Someone with great interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and an understanding of UK employment laws and regulations. Educated to a degree level or holding at least two years of experience within a HR role.

- A dynamic individual - who is able to build on the relationships across our organisation.
This is a pivotal role in our administration team and is an exciting time to be joining Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust, as we look to grow and engage with new audiences. Reporting to the Finance & Support Services Manager, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to manage our day-to-day HR needs and develop our current systems further.
